In the spirit of love and Valentine’s Day, we’ve put together some of the city’s most romantic restaurants. These options have a lot to offer, including cozy, magical igloos and yurts which are perfect for date night. Enjoy!

1.  Talulla, Cambridge

This winter, Tallula is jumping on the greenhouse dining trend with 5 adorable tiny ones. Tallula’s greenhouses come with their own heating and lighting system so you can enjoy your meal come rain, shine or snow!

What’s for dinner you ask? There’s a whole array of incredibly-looking dishes designed to help keep you and your plus one warm well through the night. Options include, but are not limited to, a “Fall Vegetable Soup” ($13) with pistou, Parmigiano Reggiano and spicy croutons, some hearty cannelloni ($20) with pumpkin, bechamel sauce, pecorino and hazelnut, and beef short ribs ($30) served with butternut squash, roasted mushrooms and Peter Wilcox potato.

2. Yvonne’s, Downtown

Sultry and fun, this hidden spot in Downtown is here to redefine the Supper Club dining experience. Yvonne’s provides an uber-romantic setting in which to cozy up with your partner while enjoying the restaurant’s award-winning cuisine and cocktails. If you want to make things extra special and take it to the next level, Yvonne’s has just opened a brand new dining room. Hidden from Yvonne’s boisterous main floor, the Gallery offers a brand new playful space inspired by pop-culture. The Gallery’s entrance is hidden behind a secret bookshelf at the back of the Library Lounge and requires specific reservations. It’ll be a night you won’t forget!

Yet another great option if you’re looking for a sexy, sultry spot. Lolita combines mystery with top-notch Mexican fare for a totally fun and romantic night. And most importantly, we cannot forget their cocktails! Lolita puts on a spin on the classic margs and mojitos with options like their “Diablo” margarita with serrano infused tequila, lime, blood orange, strawberry or their Strawberry Basil mojito made with brugal rum, strawberry, cucumber, basil, lime, soda!

4. Barcelona Wine Bar, multiple locations

Barcelona Wine Bar is probably one of the best spots for tapas in town. At Barcelona, you’ll be able to try authentic Spanish charcuterie and cheeses as well as some amazingly delicious Spanish dishes. What is more romantic than sharing a meal of flavorful Mediterranean small plates and Spanish wine in a dimly lit setting? 5. Arya Trattoria, North End

If you want romance in Boston, what better place is there to go than the North End? The Italian quarter of Boston has plenty of options to offer when it comes to date night, like the star-studded Arya Trattoria. Woods Hill at Pier 4 has set out nine beautiful igloos along the waterfront so you can still enjoy all the perks of outdoor dining in a safe and private environment without having to deal with the pesky freezing temperatures and snow.

At Woods Hills igloos you’ll be able to cozy up while enjoying some of the restaurant’s creative cocktails, top-notch wine and incredible farm to table dishes. Options include oyster and seafood platters, Woods Hill’s farm pork belly confit with peach ponzu, fermented seaweed salad and jalapeno, and charred beef short rib with cippolini onion broth, parsnip puree, celery and bonito.

8. Lookout Rooftop, Seaport

Technically not a restaurant but Envoy’s Lookout Rooftop is a total must-try when it comes to date night. With gorgeous views of Downtown Boston, this rooftop is one of the absolute best in the city. Plus, this winter they’ve set up some pretty spectacular igloos! Each heated igloo accommodates up to six people and can be reserved for a maximum of two hours at a time. They are available for brunch and dinner with incredible options like Vanilla-bourbon french toast and smoked salmon platters served with fresh bagels for brunch as well as mouthwatering tostones with guac and hearty clam chowder for dinner, as well as some pretty killer cocktails!

Dinner with a side of jazz? Count us in! This South End spot is a quintessential Boston date spot.
