The colder season is now in full swing, the holidays are around the corner, the city is wrapped in twinkling lights and the freezing temperatures are slowly creeping up on us. So how about cozying up in one of Lookout’s famous light-up igloos and shelter from the cold in style? Since November 3, you can do just that!
The popular rooftop is kicking things up a notch for the cozy season next week with its exclusive Igloo experience in which guests will be able to enjoy the stunning views of the Boston skyline while sipping on specialty beverages and munching down on small plates.
Each heated igloo accommodates up to ten people and can be reserved for a maximum of two hours at a time, according to Lookout’s website. They won’t serve a full menu at the rooftop this year, but still have small plates for you and your igloo buddies to enjoy like a Blackened Caesar Chicken Wrap and New England Clam Chowder made with whole belly clams!
If you don’t get a chance to book an igloo or simply don’t feel like hanging out in one, you can still partake in Lookout’s winter rooftop experience by cozying up in the heated enclosure of the main rooftop or take advantage of their newly enclosed “ice boxes” overlooking the Boston Harbor!
Reservations and hours for igloos will release soon on the Envoy Hotel website!
