Boston has dozens of food halls, from The Lineup to High Street Place. One in particular, the Boston Public Market, might be the best in America.
It’s up to you to decide.
The USA Today Reader’s Choice 10 Best awards are surveying over 200,000 readers on what they think is the best food hall in America. It’s an accomplishment for the Boston Public Market to make the list of nominees, and it’d be real win (pun intended) to make the list of finalists.
Voting for the “best public market” sector runs through April 15, Marathon Monday on the USA Today landing page.
Speaking of Marathon Monday, if you’re visiting Boston for the first time, the Boston Public Market is a great way to get a taste of 32 local vendors from all over the region. It’s also adjacent to the North End where yes, you’ll find Mike’s Pastry and Modern Pastry to decide who makes the best cannoli in Boston even though any Bostonians will tell you it’s the Florentine from Bova’s.
What to eat at the Boston Public Market
Whether new to Boston or a longtime Masshole, these are some of the things you need to try at the Boston Public Market:
