Introducing The Lineup, a new food hall in the heart of downtown focused on healthy fare that offers depth in flavor. The brightly lit food hall features five new places for people to dine. Many Bostonians have already been spotted enjoying a nice lunchbreak at The Lineup since opening seventeen days into the New Year.
Chef John Fraser intended to create a spot for Bostonians to “grub” when opening the five unique dining concepts. These include Ariana, a vegetarian Mexican spot; IRS Mezze, a concept serving up Mediterranean fare; Gatto Pazzo, a stand dedicated to fast-casual Neapolitan pizza; Big Grin, a juicy burger joint; and Day Shift, The Lineup’s grab-and-go cafe perfect for a caffeine fix or sandwich.
The Lineup is located inside The Winthrop, just 0.2 miles from South Station. They offer takeout options in addition to dine-in.
Chef Fraser has restaurants in New York, California, and Florida. His veggie-forward former New York restaurant, Nix earned a Michelin star for its ability to give veggies the spotlight. His passion for plant-centric eating resonates in the five concepts at The Lineup.
In addition to the new grub hall, Ched Fraser spearheads the exclusive dining program at The Residences at Winthrop Center. He also plans to debut his first Boston restaurant in the spring.
For now, you can get a taste of this Michelin chef’s cuisine at The Lineup in Downtown Boston.
The coffee shop, Day Shift, opens from 7 AM until 4 PM Monday through Friday. The four other concepts open from 11 AM until 4 PM Monday through Friday.
