These medium-sized rings went viral for being served warm, on the spot. You enjoy a selection of poppyseed, sesame, salt, and everything bagels by tearing the yummy doughy creations and dipping them into a cream cheese or butter schmear. You can also pick from the house fish selection for some extra pizzaz!
They’ve debuted everything from an escargot cream cheese with Cronut creator, Dominique Ansel, to a daring chocolate cinnamon butter they sampled for free at their recent Boston Marathon pop-up at Park Plaza hotel.
Pop-Up Bagels, originally from Connecticut, gained even more recognition as adoring bagel fanatics lined the streets of Soho in anticipation of fresh bagels from its NYC brick-and-mortar shop. The bagel fever is now en route to Boston, for you to taste why these bagels are going “viral.”
After a series of creative pop-ups in and around New England, Pop-Up bagels is bringing a permanent shop to the bustling Seaport district. And don’t let the name fool you, this shop is here to stay! The shop is expected to open in September.
