Harpoon partnered with Artificial Ice’s Stack Box to bring a snow tubing experience to the city. Stack Box is a sledding/snow tubing hybrid that allows anywhere to become a snowy summit, including Seaport.
Harpoon Slopeside’s three tubing lanes are built using “strategically stacked shipping containers, a proprietary beam system, decking, railings and custom staircases,” according to Artificial Ice Events. Compact artificial snow is used to pack down the 20- to 40-foot-wide snow tubing lanes. Harpoon’s Stack Box Snow Slide includes three expansive lanes perfect for sliding down the summit.
Visitors ride an inflatable blue donut tube down one of the three tubing lanes for an adrenaline-filled exhilarating ride on the summit! Tickets are available for 1-hour, 2-hour, 4-hour, or full day entry to the snow tubing area.
You can ride as many times as you’d like in your allotted ticket time. One-hour visits to the snowy summit are $10, a 2-hour visit is $15, 4-hour visits on weekends or full day visits on weekdays are $25, and full day entry on Saturday and Sunday is $40. These tickets do not include food and beverage but there is a seasonal winter menu to match the alpine energy!
Kiddos under 21 are allowed entrance to the brewery to experience the snow tubing fun in the city but must be accompanied by someone 21+. There is also a height requirement of 42″.
