Hailing from Pacific Grove, California, First Watch makes its Boston debut with the opening of a grand location on the South Shore in Hanover, Massachusetts. The restaurant, now operating 570 locations across 30 states, landed on Yelp’s list of “top 50 most-loved restaurant brands in the U.S.”
The daytime restaurant gained popularity for creative chef-driven dishes like its nationally acclaimed Braised Short Rib Omelet. First Watch’s full menu is available daily from 7 AM to 2:3o PM for pickup, delivery, and dine-in service. The all-day menu includes popular First Watch items like its fresh-made Avocado Toast, Farmhouse Hash, Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, and Pesto Chicken Quinoa Bowl.
The seasonally-inspired menu rotates five times annually.
Food favorites can be paired with refreshing beverage options like First Watch’s signature fresh juice blends including a Morning Meditation, Kale Tonic and Purple Haze — all juiced using fruits and veggies in-house. Jumpstart the day with Project Sunrise coffee, using coffee beans sourced by female farmers in Colombia.
We are beyond excited to introduce First Watch’s creative approach to breakfast, brunch and lunch in Hanover, and to be part of such a wonderful community,” said Mike Lankowski, Regional Vice President of First Watch. “We look forward to becoming a place where friends and families can gather to start their day.
Hanover is the first First Watch location to enter New England, with several planned openings in the New England region ahead for the national brand. The 3,500-square-foot location at Hanover Crossing features a modern design with a covered patio and an indoor/outdoor bar.
