At the award-winning Petrova Chocolates, Chocolatier Betty Petrova is presenting a cylindrical chocolate bar version of this Dubai treat. The chocolate contains house-made pistachio butter, tahini, and buttered kataifi, all encased in a 70% Belize dark chocolate shell.
Choc Allure
The Needham-native chocolate shop is putting it’s own twist on Dubai chocolate with a delicious chocolate finger filled with a creamy blend of pistachio cream, tahini, and crunchy toasted kataifi. That’s all encased in a green dark chocolate made from 64% Valrhona! It’s savory, sweet, and creamy for the ultimate decadence!

In Back Bay and on Beacon Hill, Nuts Factory is also serving up a $20 Dubai Chocolate Bar.
This hefty bar contains pistachio butter and kataifi dough as well. It’s available in a dark, milk, or white chocolate shell.

The Saloniki “Dubai Chocolate Cookie” includes a Dubai filling-stuffed cookie with gooey milk chocolate chips, bursting with flavor and texture!
