It’s a New Year and that means only one thing…everybody is checking their astrological signs to predict how 2024 will be. But if there’s anything we’ve learned from the past few years, it’s that we can’t really predict anything.
However, the signs and Boston tend to have strong personalities, so we’ve gathered up a list of which Boston landmark best aligns with your astrological sign this year.
Aries (March 21-April 19), Fenway Park
Spicy and fearlessly independent, Aries make great competitors. Aries find unexpected ways to reach their goals- and Fenway Park, as the heart of many successful Red Sox wins channels that fierce Aries energy.
Taurus (April 20-May 20), Mike’s Pastry
The Taurus is unwavering and grounded, similar to the line you’ll find outside of Mike’s Pastry in the North End.
Gemini (May 21-June 20), Boston Public Library
If a Gemini could be described as just one word, let it be clever. These curious creatures are half bookworm and half social butterfly. A Gemini could spend a whole day absorbing knowledge at the BPL and later entertaining that knowledge with wit at the BPL Courtyard High-Tea.
Cancer (June 21-July 22), Museum of Fine Arts
Cancers are passionate, intuitive and able to channel a deep connection with their surroundings. The MFA or any one of Boston’s fine museums will similarly make you feel something deep in your core.
Leo (July 23- August 22), Prudential Center
The Leo likes to be the center of attention. Not necessarily in a bad way, but Leo’s are animated and ever-present, just like the Pru as one of Boston’s most recognizable and ever-present landmarks.
Virgo (August 23- September 22), Freedom Trail
Virgos are able to rally and guide others. They’re street smart and savvy. The Freedom Trail itself is a 2.5-mile compass of Boston and an authentic treasure that leads residents and tourists alike through the city and can guide you back should you lose your way.
Libra (September 23-October 22), Boston Public Garden
The lively energy of the Libra made it the perfect sign to represent the Boston Public Garden, one of Boston’s only “living” landmarks. Vivacious and intoxicatingly beautiful, the Libra is reminiscent of the rotating seasons we experience at the Public Garden, especially as the plants bloom full force come spring.
Scorpio (October 23- November 21), MBTA
Complex. Difficult to predict, and mysterious. Are we talking about the MBTA or Scorpios-who knows?
Sagittarius (November 22- December 21), Logan Airport
The Sagittarius is a spontaneous adventurer at heart, which might explain why they’re always at Logan leaving Boston.
Capricorn (December 22-January 19), Dunkin
Goal-oriented and incredibly driven, Capricorns always find success. Even as the world seems stacked against a Capricorn they will never give up and ultimately get very far in life. And to do so, Capricorns probably run-on Dunkin.
Aquarius (January 20-February 18), Charles River
The Aquarius is eccentric and whimsical. Like the beautiful Charles River, an Aquarius ebbs and flows linking modernity with nature just as the river connects the city with natural landscapes, sports, and of course, Cambridge.
Pisces (February 19-March 20), Matt Damon
Pisces are expressive and artistic. They are able to unlock deep emotions and outwardly show them just like our favorite hometown actor, Matt Damon. From the Bourne series to Good Will Hunting, Damon knows how to make Boston feel and connect through his expressions, accents, costumes, and dialogue!
