We’re not in the North Pole, but it’s about to feel like it in Boston this winter! So you might as well enjoy some of the perks the North has to offer by dining in igloos at one of our favorite Seaport restaurants, Woods Hill Pier 4!
Mind you, the Seaport waterfront igloos we’re talking about are made out of clear film and fully heated, and they are totally magical. Woods Hill at Pier 4 has set out nine beautiful igloos along the waterfront so you can still enjoy all the perks of outdoor dining in a quaint and private environment without having to deal with the pesky freezing temperatures and snow.
Each igloo can sit from 2 to 6 guests (from the same party) and provides the perfect environment for a unique private dining experience featuring Woods Hill’s upscale cuisine.
At Woods Hills igloos you’ll be able to cozy up while enjoying some of the restaurant’s creative concoctions and incredible farm to table dishes. Options include oyster and seafood platters, fresh produce from Woods Hill’s farm, fermented seaweed salad and jalapeno, and charred beef short rib with cippolini onion broth, parsnip puree, celery and bonito.
Among other delectable options, drinks also include winter warmers like their Mexican hot chocolate and their spiced hot cider.
In order to snag yourself an igloo, you’ll have to reserve your spot online ahead of time. And if you’re looking for an original New Year’s Eve plan, Woods Hill is now taking reservations for a night in one of their igloos!
