This winter, enjoy dinner under a canopy of stars — and an igloo!
We’re not in the Nort Pole but it kinda still feels like it, especially during January and February, so might as well enjoy some of the perks the North has to offer by dining in igloos at Woods Hill in the Seaport!
Mind you, the igloos I’m talking about are made out of plastic and fully heated, but are still totally magical. Woods Hill at Pier 4 has set out nine beautiful igloos along the waterfront so you can still enjoy all the perks of outdoor dining in a safe and private environment without having to deal with the pesky freezing temperatures and snow.
Each igloo can sit from 2 to 6 guests (from the same party) and provides the perfect environment for a unique private dining experience featuring Woods Hill’s upscale cuisine.
At Woods Hills igloos you’ll be able to cozy up while enjoying some of the restaurant’s creative cocktails, top-notch wine and incredible farm to table dishes. Options include oyster and seafood platters, Woods Hill’s farm pork belly confit with peach ponzu, fermented seaweed salad and jalapeno, and charred beef short rib with cippolini onion broth, parsnip puree, celery and bonito.
Among other delectable options, drinks also include winter warmers like their Mexican hot chocolate with reposado tequila and their spiced hot cider with your choice of bourbon or rum.
In order to snag yourself an igloo, you’ll have to reserve your spot online ahead of time. And if you’re looking for an original New Year’s Eve plan, Woods Hill is now taking reservations for a night in one of their igloos!
