Boston’s The Dubliner restaurant will host Michelin-starred Chef Jp MacMahon of Galway, Ireland for one-night only this week.
On March 8, The Dubliner’s award-winning Chef Aidan Mc Gee welcomes Irish guest chef Jp MacMahon to present an exquisite Michelin-quality meal in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day. The Dubliner is Boston’s “most authentic and chef-driven Irish restaurant.”
Owner and Chef at The Dubliner, Aidan Mc Gee was born and raised in County Donegal, Ireland. Surrounded by farm life in his formative years and proceeding to work at numerous Michelin-starred restaurants in the UK, Mc Gee relocated to Boston during the pandemic and brought his authentic farm-to-table Irish flair with him to the city.
,On Friday, March 8, he and Chef MacMahon plan to host the most over-the-top Irish dinner Boston has ever witnessed. Complete with “new” Irish cuisine from a Michelin chef, live music, traditional Irish celebrations and more!
The two chefs are creating somewhat of aThe Holiday storyline, the Nancy Myers film where a Californian and Englander swap homes for a week and literally step into each other’s shoes.
On Friday, May 10, the swap flip-flops. Boston’s The Dubliner Chef Aidan Mc Gee will travel the 2,880 miles to Galway, Ireland to cook at the acclaimed Michelin-starred Aniar restaurant.
