The SoWa Winter Festival in Boston’s South End opens its doors in just two weeks! SoWa Winter Festival is New England’s largest indoor holiday marketplace.
It returns for the season on Friday, November 28! The market will run six days a week through Sunday, December 28! There are over 100 local vendors to shop from, including some of our favorite local creators and artists such as:
- Terra di Gamberaia, superior category extra virgin olive oil from Florence, Italy (Returning)
- Springdale Farm Creamery, artisan cheeses, cured meats from 4th generation Maine dairy (New)
- Olde Haven Farm, preserves, seasonal goods, preorders for holiday roasts (New)
- The Chocolate Pan, hand-crafted truffles, chocolate covered cranberries, almonds, espresso beans from Maine (New)
- Dulse and Rugosa, artisan soap and skincare (New)
- Live the French Way, contemporary European home décor, linens (New)
- Paul Landry Co, New England-inspired winter apparel (New)
- Rachel Walters Collection, stylish womenswear (Returning)
- Julo Pottery, ceramics, clay creations (Returning)
The SoWa Winter Festival marks its tenth annual return in congruence with Black Friday. The first-floor showcases all of the vendors with a festive holiday backdrop featuring thousands of glimmering fairy lights. Meet and greet the creators behind some of your favorite brands and catch up on your local holiday shopping!
Following opening day, on Saturday, November 29 from 12-3 PM, SoWa Winter Festival welcomes Buddy the Elf for a meet and greet!

Adventure up to the second floor for more fun. Swoon at the live entertainment and groove on over for some bites and sips. Here are some of the new and returning food and beverage vendor highlights:

After enjoying the holiday market, head on over to Thayer Street and explore the art and design galleries. Admission to the market is $10 via cash, card, or Apple Pay; kids 12 and under enter free.
