The SoWa Winter Festival in Boston’s South End will close its doors for the season on December 11! This means Sunday is the last day to pay a visit to the extravagant indoor/outdoor winter market. There are over 100 local vendors to shop from, including staff favorite, Petrova Chocolates which has special flavors like Almond Tart and Halvah chocolate truffles.
The SoWa Winter Festival returned for its seventh year on Black Friday. The first-floor showcases all of the vendors with a festive holiday backdrop featuring thousands of glimmering fairy lights. Meet and greet the creators behind some of your favorite brands and catch up on your local holiday shopping!
Adventure up to the second floor for more fun. Swoon at the live entertainment and groove on over for some bites and sips. After enjoying the holiday market, head on over to Thayer Street and explore the art and design galleries.
While the holiday festival closes up this weekend, SoWa Powerhouse returns with more seasonal fun the following weekend. On December 18, watch the World Cup Finalists playoff for the title of the “World’s Greatest Men’s Futbol Team!”
The epic community viewing party begins at 9 AM and lasts until 12 PM on Sunday, December 18. Petit Robert Bistro will be serving up dishes inspired by the finalists’ teams so you can eat your feelings. May the best team score!
Admission to the market is $10 via cash or card, Apple Pay is not accepted. Parking is also available for an additional $10.
