The opening marks Terrain’s 11th location and brings several firsts to the brand. It is Terrain’s first Massachusetts outpost, its first location with a functioning greenhouse that also operates as a dining space, and its first to introduce two luxurious getting-ready suites for weddings and events.

Terrain Gardens, Cafe Greenhouse, and Design Center arrive in Wayland
The massive new addition to Wayland Village includes three main components: an event space, greenhouse café, and garden center.
Terrain Gardens
Formerly a Whole Foods Market, Terrain Gardens boasts stunning panoramic views of the natural wetlands and manicured golf course, bringing an abundance of nature and sunlight into the space. The venue seats up to 178 guests for weddings, galas, and more.
Just steps away, two beautiful getting-ready suites offer an intimate space to relax before weddings.
Greenhouse Cafe
The café is sure to become a top spot for seasonally inspired dining in Greater Boston. Open all day, it serves a delicious Apple Pie Chai that practically screams fall.
For a savory start to the day, try the buttery quiche or house-made goat cheese tarts. The menu will change with the seasons and emphasize the incredible fruits and vegetables that come from the earth.
The greenhouse space itself is expansive, with mossy chandeliers hanging above and towering trees at the centerpiece and of the airy dining space that overlooks that outdoor garden. The cafe is open for both brunch and dinner.
