Possibly never. These stylish automobiles will be cruising around Boston, offering rides in honor of the Boston Stadium, which opened on Saturday, June 13. Scotland and Haiti will compete in the first of seven upcoming games at Boston Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts.
Scotland wraps eleven taxis across the city in the country’s iconic tartan pattern and offers up a free taste of Scotland to passengers who take a ride. Each taxi will have a basket of tasty Scottish treats (Walker’s Shortbread, Dean’s, Nairn’s, and IRN BRU soft drinks) to enjoy during the ride.
Alongside this tasty takeover, AAA retailers across Boston will be offering a chance to win a $5,000 trip to Scotland, including roundtrip airfare with JetBlue, in addition to discounted vacations starting at $599.
Hail one of these taxis down and you just might find yourself transported across the Atlantic, for a moment at least.
