Swingers has its par set on Back Bay! The UK originating “crazy golf” concept plans to swing open its doors at its first Boston location in fall of 2025!
For its fourth United States location, Swingers plans to team up with award-winning Tavistock Restaurant Collection, the culinary powerhouse behind revered Back Bay restaurants, Abe & Louie’s and Atlantic Fish Co., and Joe’s on Newbury. Opening next fall adjacent to the new Trader Joe’s, Swingers seeks to merge the quintessential British pastime of “crazy golf” with food and beverage.
The 21,000-square-foot double-decker venue will offer immersive indoor golf, locally crafted menus, and views of Back Bay all packaged inside a 1920s English country-inspired golf club interior.
The retroesque atmosphere sparks bouts of nostalgia with a “Swingers Carnival” meant to emulate an old-fashioned arcade.
“The Swingers brand is hitting a hole-in-one with their concept, and we’re excited to be joining forces in expanding their ever-growing US footprint here in Boston,” said Greg Walker, Managing Director of Tavistock Restaurant Collection. “Abe & Louie’s and Atlantic Fish Co. are synonymous with ‘Boston’ and we’re grateful for the opportunity to infuse some local flavor into the celebrated Swingers brand.”
Swingers is slated to open to two new locations this fall, one in Las Vegas, and another in Dubai, these locations will join the existing Swingers family in the UK, Manhattan, and Washington D.C.
“Opening a Swingers in Boston has been a long-held ambition for us, and we knew the Back Bay would be the perfect neighborhood for our uniquely premium and fun concept,” said Matt Grech-Smith, Co-Founder & Co-CEO of Competitive Socialising, the company behind Swingers.
Swingers will open in fall 2025 at 777 Boylston Street in Boston.
