Flour is ready to fuel your weekends with pizza! Introducing Pizza in the Park, a take-home pizza menu offering everything you need for a pizza party weekend. Pizza in the Park is only at the Flour Bakery Boston Common location, and takes place every Friday and Saturday through the end of February. The weekend fête features four delicious specialty pizza options made on Flour’s homemade pizza dough.
The house focaccia dough features a warm and doughy interior with a crispy, bubbly exterior. The pie is Sicilian style, meaning a loaded square slice; Flour’s pizza menu features two vegetarian options and two meaty pies:
- Classic Cheese made with San Marzano tomato sauce, Grande mozzarella, Pecorino Romano
- Roasted Mushroom + Garlic made with fontina, herbs, and Pecorino Romano
- Pepperoni made with San Marzano tomato sauce, Grande mozzarella, Pecorino Romano
- Chicken, Bacon, Pickled Onion made with garlic, mozzarella, pickled red onion, side of buttermilk dressing
Flour offers the full spread you need for a complete pizza party! This means, in addition to the bubbly pies, the menu includes salads, meatballs, desserts, and seltzers made with a seasonal house syrup!
Pizza in the Park takes place every Friday and Saturday from 3-7 PM. Customers can order pies on a first-come, first-served basis, available only as full Sicilian pies priced between $16 and $19; there are no individual slices. The pizzas each have four square slices and customer can pre-order online for weekly Pizza in the Park at Flour Boston Common.
