Seaport Sweat is the largest free outdoor workout series in all of Boston! A talented group of certified trainers hailing from dozens of unique backgrounds will host hundreds of classes this season! From Pilates sculpting to Zumba sweating, trainees are in for a butt-kicking (and lifting) good time! The best part of all?

Seaport Sweat official schedule
Weekday classes for Seaport Sweat will run Mondays through Thursday at 5:30 PM and again at 6:30 PM! Saturday classes will always be at 10 AM. There are no classes on Sundays.

- 5:30 PM: Total Body Triumph with Ashley Mitchell
- 6:30 PM: Pilates Sculpt with Aleigh Jerome
Tuesdays
- 5:30 PM: Sculpt & Flow with Shazie Senen
- 6:30 PM: Endurance HIIT with Brando Perez
Wednesdays
- 5:30 PM: Athletic Conditioning with Michael Soares
- 6:30 PM: Recharge & Refine Pilates with Reese Pressey
Thursdays
- 5:30 PM: Zumba with Nicole Derosiers
- 6:30 PM: Yin Yoga with Yera Gomes
An addition from last year, Fridays now include a special class presented by Lifeway Kefir, “Stretch and the City!” The noon class hosted by Therlande Louissant offers yoga at the hear of Seaport every Friday May 29 through September 26 at the Summer Street Steps!

While classes are free, space is limited, so you can reserve your spot for classes using the Seaport Sweat calendar.

Saturday June 21: Sweatapalooza
For 2025, Seaport Sweat introduces Sweatapalooza, a vibrant fitness festival launching on Saturday, June 21, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. This dynamic event will be hosted by beloved Seaport Sweat instructors Eliza Shirazi and Bron Volney, along with a special guest instructor sponsored by Go To Bermuda. The festival promises an exhilarating experience with high-energy workouts, a live DJ, engaging pop-ups, and exciting giveaways, all set against the lively backdrop of Boston’s waterfront.
