The Puppy Sphere experience
The puppy-centric experience includes a 45-minute yoga flow with your own pup, plus a 30-minute puppy chill period. Over 250,000 people have attended a Puppy Sphere class, a dream come true for the female founders, Francesca Albo and Lea Burbidge Izquierdo, behind the puppy therapy movement.
According to Puppy Sphere, the experience is just as therapeutic to the puppies as it is to the humans— “with gentle handling and exposure to plenty of new people and activities, it helps puppies build confidence and grow into happy adult dogs,” notes Puppy Sphere.
