The team behind some the Boston North End’s most popular restaurants is opening a new pasta window in the neighborhood!
Presto Pasta is a new pasta-to-go concept opening inside AquaPazza on Richmond Street. The window offers guests a chance to create the perfect bowl of pasta, with a base of over 5 different homemade pastas to choose from.
All of the pasta is handmade fresh in house daily! Handmade pastas include fresh spaghetti, rigatoni, gnocchi, fettuccine and more.

The base begins with a perfect homemade pasta of your choosing. The pasta is so fresh, guests will be able to watch chefs crafting fresh pasta from the window!
After step one, picking your pasta base, the next step is to pick a sauce! Sauce options range from pesto to Cacio e Pepe and more! Add-ons include chicken cutlet, burrata, shrimp, black truffles and more!
Across all of the pasta, sauce, and toppings options, there are over 125 pasta bowl custom combinations.
