“Le Grand Prix” of carbs arrives in Cambridge this weekend for one day only. The outdoor Parisian-inspired street festival unifies dozens of vendors for the love of bread. But only one vendor will be crowned Boston’s baking champion! This year’s competition is in sourdough boules and seeded loaves.
Who makes the city’s best pastries and bread? That will be determined at the end of the festival once all of the treats are tasted. There will be a mix of sweet and savory treats to enjoy this weekend.
The street festival is completely free to attend and individual vendors will sell fresh-baked goods.
Vendors include: Amba, Batifol, Ben’s Raclette, Breadboard Bakery, Café Sauvage, Call Me Honey, Clear Flour Bakery, Colette Bakery, Crepe du Jour, Eastern Standard, Filarmonica, Formaggio Kitchen, Highland Butcher Shop, La Saison Bakery, La voile, Lakon Paris, Momma’s, Nouvé Bakery, Nouvelle Maison, Praline, PRB Bakery, Somerville Chocolate, Waffle Cabin, Wild Pops, and the nationally-recognized French bakery, Michette.
