Nautilus, Nantucket’s popular Asian-Latin fusion restaurant, will be opening in Seaport District this April.
Boston foodies rejoice! The Seaport District will be getting a new waterfront dining destination soon. The oh-so-popular Nantucket restaurant, Nautilus, will finally be opening the doors of its Boston location this coming April! The popular restaurant was meant to open earlier this year but like many things in 2020, it had to postpone its opening due to the pandemic.
Now, Bostonians will be able to finally enjoy its delectable Asian-Latin fusion cuisine come April 2021. Nautilus will be bringing its New-England-coast charm to Pier 4. The new Nautilus will be opening right next door to Woods Hill Pier 4 at the new Pier 4 development and will feature delectable fusion dishes with a side of breathtaking views.
At, 5,000-square-feet, the new Nautilus will be triple the size of its Nantucket sister and will feature a big indoor space and patio, as well as the restaurant’s award-winning dishes. Nantucket’s Nautilus is known for its tapas-style dishes featuring Asian, Latin and Mediterranean elements. Some of the restaurant’s most popular options include small dishes like their tempura oyster tacos, steamed pork buns, mushrooms on the plancha and bigger “feasts” like their whole roasted Pekin duck featuring oven-roasted breast, grilled confit, warm steamed buns, ginger scallion rice, hoisin, smoked mayo, sriracha and herbs.
The new Boston Nautilus will feature many of these favorites as well as the original restaurant’s extensive list of wine and spirits. The opening date for Boston’s Nautilus is yet to be announced but make sure to keep an eye on their new Instagram (we sure will!) to find out more about Boston’s newest waterfront destination!
