Moki Sauna Boston offers a modern wellness experience at the heart of Downtown Boston. The outdoor winter sauna village is inspired by Norwegian sauna culture which involves sweating out toxins in a wooden sauna followed by jumping into a cold lake.
Moki Sauna enables guests to heat up in one of its four luxury wood-fired saunas. Follow the next step of cooling down in the expansive cedar cold plunge pool.
You can head back to the sauna and then plunge and repeat! Continue the cycle of warming up and cooling down for up to two hours. Each Moki Sauna pass, $55, offers admission to the Nordic winter village lasting up to two hours.

Before your sauna session
The sauna village recommends bringing water, although it is available for purchase on-site. They also recommend removing any metal accessories such as jewelry or watches as they may aggravate the skin in the sauna, and lastly, make sure to bring a swimsuit or waterproof clothing for the cold plunge.
