Enjoy an authentic Italian dinner made by the best chef in town — you!
If the North End is your go-to dining spot and you’ve always wondered what their secret to the perfect dinner is, then wonder no longer! We’ve found the perfect cooking class for you.
We all love a good Italian meal, but learning how to cook it from scratch just takes the experience to a whole new level. Learn how to make an Italian feast worthy of an ancient Roman god with the help of Chef Rudy Donalson during a fun-filled cooking class in the heart of downtown Boston.
Donalson, who has over 15 years of restaurant experience in the North End, will teach you how to make a multi-course meal featuring Italian favorites.
Roll up your sleeves and learn how to make a fresh Italian salad served in a crispy parmesan cheese basket, hand-shaped bulbs of fresh, chewy mozzarella cheese, and, of course, you’ll also learn how to make homemade pasta like ravioli and tortellini with exquisite fillings and sauces.
And we must not forget the star of the show — Dessert! End your night with a bang by learning how to make the perfect Italian tiramisu with delicate, layered ladyfinger cookies, soaked in dark espresso, with a sweet and creamy mascarpone mixture.
Classes with Chef Donalson are three hours long and will be taking place on select Fridays at 6 p.m. and Saturdays at 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. in the heart of downtown at 19 Kingston Street.
