Ever dreamed of stepping into Elsa’s ice castle from Frozen? That dream is now a reality at the Ice Castles experience in North Woodstock, New Hampshire— just 2 hours north of Boston.
This award-winning frozen attraction is located in just 5 places across the US, and New Hampshire is one of the lucky ones! You can reserve your visit now before the castles close for the season; the last viewing is on March 11!
Ice Castles started in 2011, when founder Brent Christensen built an ice cave in his backyard for his kids— much to the awe of the neighborhood children! Since then, the experience has grown and become a hit around the country.
Ice Castles are built using thousands of icicles hand-placed by professional ice artists, with around 12,000 icicles growing every day. Inside, the castles include breathtaking LED-lit sculptures, frozen thrones, ice-carved tunnels, slides, fountains and much more. It’s an absolutely magical experience, to say the least.

This year you can reserve your own Artic Alcove! If you want to experience the ice castles privately and intimately, this is your spot! Unparalled winter date inside a private alcove anyone?
Alcoves should be reserved in advanced, which can be done here. It’s a lovely winter excursion whether for a friend, group, or solo adventure!
