Great news, dino fans - you now get the chance to see Dino Safari through Labor Day Weekend, thanks to popular demand!
Calling all dino lovers, Jurassic Park fans, and paleontology pros! Due to popular demand, the wildly fun Dino Safari Walk-Thru Adventure at Faneuil Hall will be extending its stay in Boston through Labor Day Weekend. You’ll be able to purchase tickets and enjoy the exhibit from now until September 5th.
To kick off the extension and summer season, Dino Safari is hosting a celebration for National Dinosaur Day on Sunday, May 15, open to everyone. You can stop by with your family to take part in face painting, balloon animals, arts & crafts and other celebratory activities to commemorate the holiday!
Now is the perfect time to snag tickets, as the new movie Jurassic World: Dominion is coming to theaters on June 10th. The film focuses on showing accurate representations of dinosaurs and is the first of the series to include feathers on dinosaurs. Dino Safari’s moving dinosaurs are also scientifically up-to-date, feathers and all! The exhibit features the Triceratops, Tyrannosaurus rex, Ankylosaurus, and Velociraptors – all from the Jurassic era.
The interactive and educational experience features over 20 full scale animatronic dinosaurs. The dinos were designed under the scientific supervision of world-renowned paleontologist Dr. Gregory M. Erickson, one of only 150 full-time professional dinosaur paleontologists in the world. At the exhibit, you’ll be able to try a virtual reality experience and a digital drawing game where dino drawings come to life on a screen and move throughout a prehistoric virtual world.
Dino Safari: A Walk-Thru Adventure will be open Wednesdays and Thursdays from 12pm-5pm, Fridays from 12pm-6pm, Saturdays from 10am-6pm, and Sundays from 11am-4pm at Faneuil Hall. Group discounts are available, and children under the age of two get in for free.
