
Boston, get ready to say “ciao,” to Ci Siamo this year. The popular NYC-based Italian-influenced restaurant specializing in live-fire cooking is coming to Seaport.
This will be the second location for Ci Siamo, whose menu is spearheaded by James Beard-nominated Executive Chef, Hillary Sterling. The Italian-influenced menu draws inspiration from Sterling’s extensive travels and focuses on implementing seasonal ingredients in purposeful preparations.
Ci Siamo, which loosely translates to “we’ve arrived” embraces that moment of peace and tranquility, that feeling of “we’ve made it.” The menu includes items like a cast iron focaccia, olive oil poached cod with fennel pollen, and a robust assortment of handmade pastas.
Ci Siamo will open this year alongside Union Square Hospitality’s other Boston introduction, Daily Provisions. The two heralded food spots enter Seaport’s newest waterfront multi-use space, Commonwealth Pier later this year.
