Candlelight: Valentine’s Day Special
The Candlelight concert series is bringing the works of some of the most influential artists to life at Simons Theatre, a spectacular venue located inside the New England Aquarium. With great mastery, they weave musical symbolism through the compositions, indicating the intensity of romantic passion and the transformative and at times, destructive nature of love. From “A Thousand Years” by Christina Perri to Elton John’s “Your Song”, let the gifted musicians of the Beacon String Quartet serenade you with the sweet melodies of timeless love songs.
This Valentine’s, say ‘I love you’ with an exceptional concert by candlelight. Whether you’re dedicating it to your die-hard bestie, new beau, long-term sweetheart, or family member, there are few things that pull at the heartstrings with more power than live music.
There are two 60-minute performances on each evening, scheduled at 6:30 pm and 8:45 pm. Doors open 45 minutes prior to the start time, giving you plenty of time to find your seats.
