Blank Street Coffee is opening a new location, and this time, they’re coming to Cambridge! The coffee shop taking the city by storm with its easy brews, consistent quality, fun membership program, and signature pistachio colors, will open its inaugural Cambridge shop in under 24 hours!
The new location sits at the center of Harvard Square, next to Felipe’s and other mainstays. Head to 1380 Massachusetts Ave. on November 16 and 17 between opening at 7 AM and close at 7PM to snag a $2 coffee! The deal is exclusive to the first two opening days at the new Harvard Square location!
Menu highlights include the Shaken Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew, Shaken Brown Sugar Cold Brew, Cortado Cold Brew, and Shaken Chai Cold Brew! We known Bostonians only drink iced coffee, but if you want to get out of your comfort zone, Blank Street’s hot drinks are equally delicious.
If you fall in love, just like we did, make sure to check out the “Blank Street Regulars” program. More on that below.
As the first coffee shop to “marry quality and affordability”, Blank Street anticipates becoming a household name among the ranks of Dunkin and Starbucks. Founded in 2020, in just two short years, the brand even expanded across the sea to London.

About Blank Street Coffee
Customer service is at the core of Blank Street’s business model. The order-ahead app and Eversys espresso systems automate the process. Each store only requires two employees per shift and customers can get in and out quickly.
Blank Street’s goal is to offer customers the flavor and experience of a high-quality coffee on a regular basis without worrying about the price or time of a daily coffee run. So you “never have to wait for coffee again”, according to Blank Street.
The Back Bay location is the first home to Blank Street’s proprietary “Barista training lab.”
What’s on the menu at Blank Street Boston?
All Blank Street coffee locations in Boston serve the Blank Street signature menu, like the delightfully creamy Pistachio Latte, from which the stores draw their signature pastel green color. Of course, there are classics too like your black coffee and non-bitter cold brew.
In Blank Street tradition, the company will partner with local businesses. Find baked goods and small bites from the Salem-based A&J King at all Boston shops. You can also shop Blank Street merch to rep your new coffee obsession.
