2. City Winery on the Greenway, Rose Kennedy Greenway
Alright, City Winery is technically not a beer garden by name, but it’s still worth mentioning! Boston’s one and only wine garden has come back to the Greenway for the summer and fall season and is offering locally crafted whites, reds and rosés for your enjoyment. City Winery has also partnered with Harpoon Brewery so you can also indulge in a cold, local craft beer or hard cider, making this a wine and beer garden.

Aeronaut Brewing was started in 2013 by three MIT grads, and as you might expect, this brewery takes the science of brewing seriously. With a brewery in Somerville and a drive-thru cannery in Everett, Aeronaut also has a beer garden at Zone 3 – a group of buildings in Allston that Harvard has helped in sponsoring cultural events. The beer garden will have food and music in addition to beer every week from Wednesday to Saturday.
