Every Anna’s Taqueria Protein Bowl contains nearly 78-98 grams of protein per serving. That makes your dry, roasted chicken breast macros seem weak.
The bowls are designed to celebrate the homegrown brand’s authentic Mexican flavors, while serving what would be nearly 100% of daily protein goals for those leading a sedentary lifestyle, or an estimated 50-70% of protein goals if active.
Bowls derive the bulk (pun intended) of the protein from zesty grilled steak or chicken; the steak bowl includes 98 grams of protein, and the chicken bowl 78 grams. Mexican flavors shine through with a homemade cilantro dressing, seasoned black beans, pico de gallo, fajitas for extra fiber, Anna’s signature crunchy chickpea mix, chimichurri sauce, fresh avocado, and lime.
Only available at select Annas’ Taqueria locations, find these Protein Bowls at two outposts: Prudential Center (800 Boylston) and Northeastern University (359 Huntington Ave), starting from $15.95.
The bowls debut at both locations on Wednesday, October 29.
