Night Owl fares are Amtrak’s discounted rates for nighttime and early morning travel. The fare is applicable to select Amtrak trains departing from 7 PM- 7 AM traveling along the Northeast Corridor. According to a press release, the deal now effectively applies to select routes departing from and arriving to Boston!
While it’s technically a “night owl” deal, some NYC-bound trains depart Boston at 6:05 AM, making it a great deal for early-birds too!
