All’antico Vinaio brought a taste of Italy to Back Bay last year. Now, the legendary Florentine sandiwch shop, brings even more flavor to Boston with its second location opening at the heart of Downtown Crossing!
The grand opening celebration of All’antico Vinaio’s second Boston location takes place Wednesday, July 15 at 330 Washington Street. The ceremony kicks off at 11 AM with free sandwiches for the first 100 customers in line.
This location debuts a new Boston-exclusive sandwich creation, La Favolosa.
About All’ antico Vinaio

With this being the second Boston location, hopefully many more Bostonians are familiar with the popular sandwich shop that originated in Italy.
The family-owned and operated shop is renowned for its Florentine schiacciata bread—the family’s signature schiacciata has been baked fresh daily for over 30 years. Saveur Magazine called All’antico Vinaio “home of the world’s best sandwiches.”
Starting at $14, the massive sandwiches are enough to feed two. Create your own sandwich or select from the chef-curated offerings on the menu.
All’ antico Vinaio opened in 1991 with a single shop in Florence, and grew within Italy, opening shops in Rome, Milan, and Turin. In 2024, they opened their first American location and now have over 50 locations globally!
