Swingers is teeing up its first Boston location, set to open early in the New Year. The hit London-born “crazy golf” concept plans to swing open its Back Bay doors in spring 2026, ready to serve up immersive fun and top-tier bites.
For its fourth U.S. location, Swingers teams up with the award-winning Tavistock Restaurant Collection—the hospitality group behind Abe & Louie’s, Atlantic Fish Co., and Joe’s on Newbury. The collaboration will bring a vibrant mix of playful British charm and Boston’s culinary excellence to the new space directly adjacent to the upcoming daytime restaurant, First Watch.
The 21,000-square-foot, double-decker venue delivers immersive indoor mini golf, creative eats, and Back Bay views, all inside a 1920s English country–style golf club. Every corner channels nostalgic flair, from its retro details to the lively “Swingers Carnival,” a throwback to vintage arcades with a modern twist.
“Swingers keeps hitting hole-in-ones with their concept, and we’re thrilled to bring it to Boston,” said Greg Walker, Managing Director of Tavistock Restaurant Collection. “Our restaurants define the neighborhood—now we get to infuse that local flavor into the Swingers experience.”
The expansion continues at full speed, with upcoming openings in Las Vegas and Dubai joining the brand’s current venues in London, Manhattan, and Washington, D.C.
“Bringing Swingers to Boston has been a dream for years,” said Matt Grech-Smith, Co-Founder & Co-CEO of Competitive Socialising. “Back Bay feels like a natural fit for our premium yet playful approach.” Swingers represents a boom of competitive socializing venues like Puttshack and the F1 Arcade which have also recently expanded into Boston.
Swingers plans to open in Back Bay in early 2026 at 777 Boylston Street.
