Your dreams of grabbing a slice to enjoy on Fan Pier just got a whole lot sweeter!
Sugar’s Hot Pizza, the new pizza spot opening in Seaport, is set to become a go-to destination for slices and a whole lot more!
Designed as a casual, walk-in destination, Sugar’s will serve pizza by the slice and whole pies alongside deli-style sandwiches and soft serve. The shop aims to fill a gap in the neighborhood for a reliable, everyday slice.
Owner Saugat Mali said the concept grew out of feedback from Stubbys customers. “People wanted a true slice shop,” Mali said. “This is our take on that—simple, consistent, and something you can count on.” This will be Seaport’s first slice shop.
The menu centers on classic New York–style pies alongside specialty options like a Green Marnster with pesto and garlic aioli. A rotating slice of the day will feature flavors such as a jerk-inspired slice. The signature Sugar’s Slice tops a classic cheese base with burrata and basil.
Beyond pizza, the shop will offer deli sandwiches inspired by the team’s Nantucket concept, Walter’s Deli.
The 20-seat space will open onto a courtyard with accordion windows and include a community Polaroid wall. Sugar’s Hot Pizza opens on Friday, May 15 at 29 Northern Avenue.
