Episcope Hospitality, the nationally-acclaimed group led by David Morton of the Morton’s Steakhouse family, will debut three signature food and beverage venues at South Station Tower—the newly completed 51-story landmark above Boston’s busiest transit hub. Together, the trio will offer a vibrant dining experience for tenants, residents, and the wider community from morning to night.
No longer will the South Station food court be the only dining option in between train trips. The three new dining concepts will cover everything from breakfast to dinner, with the new spots from Episcope Hospitality set to debut at South Station Tower in spring 2026:
Episcope Hospitality’s proven ability to create vibrant, community-driven dining destinations makes them an ideal partner for South Station Tower,” said Sarah Hawkins, Senior Managing Director and Head of Hines’ US East market, Hines. “These exciting new dining concepts will not only enhance the tenant and resident experience but also further solidify South Station Tower’s position as a premier destination within Boston’s evolving downtown.”
The three dining concepts will compliment each other, but each serve a unique taste:
- The Moseley: Named after Alex Moseley, a 19th-century leather dealer who shaped Boston’s neighboring Leather District, the sit-down restaurant anchors the trio as a spot for business lunches, social dinners, or private events
- The signature bar & lounge: a fluid spot for a snacks or a quick break
- Proper Fare: The all-day market cafe offers gourmet chef-prepped grab and go selections perfect for the train or office as well as coffee, sandwiches, and salads
Together, the new concepts from notorious food industry leader, David Morton, will reshape dining in the neighborhood:
“Boston is a city that values authenticity and excellence, two qualities that define how we approach hospitality,” said David Morton, Co-Founder and CEO of Episcope Hospitality. “South Station Tower is the perfect canvas: a place where history meets innovation, and where a true sense of community can thrive. We’re honored to help shape the culinary and social identity of such a transformative project.”
These will be the first Episcope concepts to open in Boston; they currently operate various dining concepts across 7 states. Dining concepts at South Station Tower are slated to open in spring of 2026. The Residences at Ritz Carlton South Station Tower are now open— look inside!
