They’ll instantly flip the switch on the parasympathetic nervous system by starting off with a heated eye mask applied in your private suite while resting on a heated bed. After a deep intentional breath using Aromatherapy, the head spa portion of the experience commences.

There are four head spa experiences to select from:
- Signature Ginseng Head Spa: $168 for 90 minutes
- Relaxation Head Spa: $168 for 90 minutes
- Anti Hair Loss Head Spa: $188 for 90 minutes
- Face Yoga & Hydration Head Spa: $218 for 100 minutes
Each treatment focuses on a different goal, with different techniques and products to achieve the desired outcome. If trying SKA’s Anti Hair Loss Head Spa, expect a neck and shoulder massage to relieve pathways, manual scalp massage, scalp steam and exfoliant, stone Gua Sha that is pure bliss, followed by a scalp mask.
The treatment continues with a halo scalp rinse, mix of hot and cold to stimulate the follicles, a back massage to improve circulation, and application of a serum packed with Asian Botanicals, Rootcoz, to stimulate the scalp and aid hair health. The treatment concludes with a gentle Dyson blow-dry. SKA Scalp Management
The Scalp Management treatment is approximately 90 minutes and begins with a scalp consultation using 200x microscope to address your scalp at the root.
SKA Boston notes that one scalp treatment is up to “20 times” more effective than an at-home scalp care routine or mask. The in-depth treatment begins with a personalized scalp analysis, magnifying your scalp and detailing microscopic observations on your scalp health.
A gameplan is developed to address your scalp concerns, and often includes luxe treatments like an herbal scalp steam, scalp massage, de-clogging, pH restoration and more.
Depending on the overall health of your scalp, you may be recommended visiting once per month, or more.
