About Seaport Sweat
Now in its 11th season, Seaport Sweat is Boston’s leading and largest free outdoor workout series. The classes run weekly through September 30, with everything from yoga to Pilates led by Boston’s top gyms and fitness instructors!
Seaport Sweat schedule
This season, you can get sweaty at several different locations in Seaport! Weekday classes take place on Seaport Common and Saturday classes take place at Harbor Way!
Weekday workouts
Below is the Monday through Thursday workout schedule with Seaport Sweat. Classes occur weekly and are always free to join!
Mondays
5:30 PM: Align and Define Yoga with Shazie Senen
6:30 PM: Solid Strength with Carolina Quinn
Tuesdays
5:30 PM: Powerhouse Pilates with Courtney Hanlon
6:30 PM: Bodyweight Burn with Shane Whittredge
Wednesdays
5:30 PM: Athletic Conditioning with Michael Soares
6:30 PM: Pilates Sculpt with Chekara Jean
Thursdays
5:30 PM: Zumba with Nicole Derosiers
6:30 PM: Vinyasa Flow with Owen Henn
All of the above classes take place on Seaport Common, Monday-Thursday.
Friday stretch sessions
On Fridays, shake out your weekly sweat with a friendly “Stretch in the City” session at the Summer Street Steps! Stretch in the city takes place 12 PM weekly every Friday from May 8- September 25. The series is presented by Lifeway Kefir, with free samples following your stretch sess.
Sweaty Saturdays
Sweaty Saturdays return with special classes from local Seaport businesses. All Saturday classes take place at 10 AM on Harbor Way:
