One of the Seaport’s most popular warm-weather traditions is back. Sweatapalooza returns to Harbor Way (50 Harbor Way, Boston) on Saturday, September 12, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. — and as always, it’s free to attend.
Now in its eleventh season as part of Seaport Sweat, the festival packs three back-to-back workout classes into a single morning on the waterfront. The lineup: Yoga Sculpt with Shazie Senen at 10 a.m., Broncore Fitness with Bron Volney at 11 a.m., and Pilates Party with Reese Pressey at noon. All three are equipment-free — just bring a mat if you want one. A live DJ keeps the energy going between sets.
Beyond the classes, wellness pop-ups will be on-site with samples from Lifeway Kefir and Life Alive Organic Cafe, electrolyte packs from NOBULL, and water bottle giveaways from Mass General Brigham Health Plan, which co-sponsors the event alongside NOBULL. BodySpec will also offer discounted clinical-grade DEXA body composition scans; use code SWEATAPALOOZA at the BodySpec website to book a Boston appointment and save $10.
Seaport Insider members get an extra layer of perks — exclusive offers from Rhone, Equinox, Remedy Place, and Sweetgreen are redeemable through the free Seaport Insider App.
Spots are limited despite the free admission, so registration is required. Sign up and sweat!
