Raising Cane’s, the popular chicken finger chain with a signature sauce is set to make its New Hampshire debut on March 11 in Manchester. The new restaurant will be located at 782 South Willow Street, conveniently situated off I-293 next to CVS and across from Home Depot, Burlington, and Michael’s.
Raising Cane’s New Hampshire Grand Opening celebrations
The grand opening celebration will kick off at 10 AM with a variety of exciting events and giveaways:
- A “Lucky 20” drawing from 8-9 AM, awarding 20 customers Free Cane’s for a Year
- The first 100 customers to purchase a combo will receive a commemorative beanie and a free Box Combo card
- Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee Truck will be on-site from 8-10 AM
- A local DJ will be spinning hits starting at 8 AM
- Manchester Mayor Jay Ruais will officiate a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 9 AM
To pay it forward, Raising Cane’s will also present $1,000 checks to two local nonprofits: Manchester Proud and the New Hampshire Food Bank. Additional attractions include a live ice sculpture demonstration from 11 AM to 2 PM and an appearance by Fungo, the New Hampshire Fisher Cats mascot, from 3-4 PM.

The new Raising Cane’s will feature a two-lane drive-thru and interior decor celebrating local legends like comedians Adam Sandler, Seth Meyers, and Sarah Silverman. Restaurant Leader Timothy Spano expressed excitement about joining the Manchester community, praising its spirit of connection and support.
“This tight-knit community has been eagerly awaiting a Cane’s and we’re excited to bring our ONE LOVE to Manchester,” said Restaurant Leader Timothy Spano. “Having lived and worked here for years, I’ve seen firsthand how much people support one another — whether through school sports, local events or simply lending a hand. That spirit of connection is what makes this area so special, and we’re grateful to be part of it by serving families, friends and fans our cooked-to-order Chicken Finger meals.”
Operating hours will be Sunday through Thursday from 10 AM to midnight, with extended hours on Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 1 AM.
