The nation’s fastest-growing bagel shop continues to expand across New England. The Connecticut-born PopUp Bagels opens its first Maine shop this month.
This marks the third New England state for PopUp Bagels, with locations in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and, soon, Maine, plus several shops outside the region. The bagelry plans for 13 additional locations for New England.
“PopUp Bagels will be bringing its first Maine location to life in Portland this December in the budding Old Port Square development at 210 Middle Street, followed by additional locations in New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, and Western Massachusetts,” notes the PopUp Bagels team.
This means, if you’ve been having bagel FOMO over the new shops in Boston, Somerville, and Cambridge, there may be a new shop popping up near you soon!
We are proud to team up with PopUp Bagels as it makes its way through New England,” said Brandon Henry, co-founder of PC Mae. “Portland’s food scene has never been better, and PopUp is going to be a perfect addition. We’re excited to welcome everyone in for bagels soon.”
In Maine fashion, PopUp Bagels opens this month with special surprises from York-born Stonewall Kitchen. PopUp Bagels anticipates a December opening this holiday season, making bagels the perfect gift for your foodie friends and family. The shop will include the signature sesame, plain, salt, and everything bagels, plus some fun schmears for opening!
PopUp Bagels will open at the heart of Old Port at 210 Middle Street, just a quarter-mile from the award-winning apartment-style hotel at Thompson Block, Docent’s Collection!
