Boston’s Canal Street has gone partially car-free! Deemed the “Playoff Hub,” Pedestrians now have full access to parts of the street and restaurants are rolling out their patio furniture for an unmatched atmosphere outside TD Garden.
The city took these efforts to create the atmosphere for fans to gather, cheer, and celebrate some wins!
There’s nowhere quite like TD Garden, especially on Celtics and Bruins gamedays,” said Rich Gotham, President of the Boston Celtics.

- Wednesday, April 24: Miami Heat @ Boston Celtics at 7 PM
The Celtics won the Miami Heat on April 21, with a final score of 114-94.

How long are the NBA Playoffs?
The Playoffs officially began on Saturday, April 20 and have four rounds. Currently the Celtics are in the first round against the Miami Heat and will play six more games before advancing to the next round. The 48 playoff games continue into June for the NBA finals beginning on June 6.
