In what was a close game, New England proved that nothing, not even a halftime blizzard surprise, would stand between us and Super Bowl LX.
The New England Patriots defeated the Denver Broncos in the 3 PM face-off in Colorado. The Patriots won the AFC Championship and a ticket to sunny Santa Clara. New England won 10-7.
This will be the 12th Super Bowl for New England, and what could be their seventh Super Bowl win if they defeat the opposing team. The Patriots currently have 6 Super Bowl titles.
Their opponent will either be the Seattle Seahawks or Los Angeles Rams, depending on who wins tonight’s game slated, for 6:30 PM EST in Seattle. The New England Patriots have competed in Super Bowls against both the Seahawks and Rams in the past and successfully defeated both.
While the game in Denver brought surprise snow and a close score of 10-7, New England is also having quite the blizzard itself. Between the abundant snowfall and a seventh Super Bowl title on the line, it’s safe to say—New England is so back, baby!
The Super Bowl takes place on Sunday, February 8 at 6:30 PM in Santa Clara, California.
