Boston gets an early taste of fall this week as the Momofuku Goods and OLIPOP “Drizzle and Drip” food truck pulls into the city for five days of samples and pop-up activations. The tour runs Wednesday through Saturday, hitting college campuses and the Fenway neighborhood before moving on to Dallas and Los Angeles in October.
The centerpiece is Momofuku Goods’ new sauce collection — five flavors available to try at an on-site drizzle bar, where dishes are served featuring each one. The brand, built around pantry staples developed by chef David Chang and the Momofuku Culinary Lab, is using the tour to introduce the line to new audiences ahead of a wider rollout.
Also on the truck: a first pour of OLIPOP’s Caramel Apple soda, a limited-time seasonal flavor the functional drinks brand is previewing exclusively on the tour. Guests can also pick up giveaways and take part in a charm bar..
