On April 6, Miznon opened its very first location in Seaport—and the hype is real. The menu consists of wildly innovative ingredients stuffed into fluffy pitas, perfect for on-the go eating.
Miznon first garnered success in Tel Aviv in 2011, and later expanded to Paris, Vienna, Melbourne, and Singapore. Its first location in the States in New York was met with steady lines and crowds of people waiting to be served, and they’ve since added 3 other locations. Needless to say – people really love these pitas!
On the menu in Seaport, you can get pita sandwiches stuffed with wild mushrooms, falafel burgers, melting chickpeas, and even ratatouille. As for out-of-the-pita options, Miznon is well-known for their “run over potato,” which is pressed between parchment paper and topped with sour cream, dill, and scallions.
“We are excited to open Miznon in Boston’s Seaport, where we take the highest cuisine and the highest ingredients and make fine food served inside a pita. Miznon was born of a desire to reconnect with the energy of the street and the people,” restaurant owner Eyal Shani said in a press release. “We want to capture the city’s essence in each location.”
Miznon is open daily from 11 am to 8 pm with dine-in, pick-up, and delivery options.
