Spring is just around the corner, and to celebrate one of the prettiest times of the year, the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston will be showcasing dozens of massive floral arrangements inspired by the paintings in their own collection. Returning for 2025, the event will take place this year from May 2-4, and kicks off with a new and exciting partnership with the 35-story luxe hotel, Raffles Boston.
Raffles x MFA
In addition to seeing your favorite painting paired with complementary flowers to get you in the springtime mood, Raffles and the MFA are hosting a fun collaboration. Head to the Raffles Hotel in Back Bay for even more dazzling floral arrangements part of the Art in Bloom exhibition! Guests and residents of Raffles enjoy free admission to the exhibition all weekend long as part of a unique partnership between the two Boston icons that celebrate art!
Raffles Boston has partnered with the Museum of Fine Arts to offer guests exclusive, ongoing art experiences. These include private tours, curator talks, and early access to exhibitions. The partnership kicks off with the MFA’s Art in Bloom festival, providing guests complimentary tickets and floral displays at the hotel. The collaboration continues year-round with an Artists-in-Residence program hosting MFA artists and curators at Raffles.
Long Bar & Terrace, a piece of art itself, recognized as one of the world’s “most beautiful restaurants,” enhances the art-focused partnership with its celebrated Raffles Afternoon Tea, a sophisticated experience featuring fine teas, pastries, and savory treats in an elegant setting with floral motifs. This complements the partnership’s cultural events and offers guests a refined way to relax before or after exploring the MFA and hotel exhibitions in the City and Sky lounges. Highlights of the tea include a divine sweet and savory lemon Early Grey scone, Combawa and Fennel Tartlette, and an Eggplant Ballotine with Baba Ghanoush—to name a few.
