Lyrik Back Bay is the city’s newest development, featuring a vast space that offers ample room for exciting new retail partners to join the neighborhood.
Several dining options are already slated to open, including the upscale Greek restaurant Avra Estiatorio, the boba tea shop ChiCha San Chen, and local favorites like Pink Carrot and George Howell Coffee. Lyrik is also home to the largest citizenM hotel in Boston, a new addition to the citizenM TD Garden. The hotel features a larger-than-life exhibition showcasing eight Boston citizens:
- Kimberly Flynn (Director of Marketing at Trident Booksellers)
- David Littlefield (Founder of The Sausage Guy)
- Vivian Luo (Electric Violinist and Performer)
- BREK.ONE (Official DJ at Boston Celtics)
- Doug Ansine (Founder of Brainchild)
- Porsha Olayiwola (Boston’s Poet Laureate)
- Frank “The Butcher” Rivera (Streetwear and Sneaker Designer)
- Rixy (Boston-based muralist)
In addition, the 450,000 square feet of office space will house companies such as the LEGO Group and CarGurus. Lyrik serves as prime real estate for advertisers, visible to the 130,000 cars that travel the Mass Pike each day. The space will also host rotating pop-ups and events to foster community in the neighborhood.
