Born in Cambridge, Lanner Noodles is introducing its famous hand-pulled noodles to Boston for the first time. The restaurant is opening a second location in Boston Seaport this year.
Lanner Noodles serves “the silkiest noodles in town,” paired with delicious fragrant broths. Some of the most popular options include the hot Lamb Shank Noodles and the Lanzhou Beef Noodle Soup.
While noodles are the star of the menu at Lanner, they also serve an impressive selection of appetizers and desserts.
Complete a hand-pulled noodle meal with small cold and hot bites like marinated wood ear mushrooms, cucumber salad, and golden nuggets. Finish the meal with Lanner’s popular Sticky Rice Pudding with red bean paste, lotus seeds, dates, and various nuts or dried fruits.
About Lanner Noodles
The noodle bar focuses on noodle craftmanship, creating all of their hand-pulled noodles from scratch. Lanner offers five noodle varieties, all a cut of the same dough—very thin, thin, classic, flat, and wide. The noodle spot has rice noodles on the menu as a gluten-sensitive option.
Pick from six hearty meat-based noodle dishes, or opt for one of the two vegetarian noodle options.
An opening date for Lanner Seaport has yet to be announced. For now, you can enjoy noodle goodness at Lanner Noodles in Central Square, Cambridge.
