A new modern Japanese-inspired dining experience opens in Quincy this August.
Jūni, which translates to “twelve” in Japanese, focuses on a curated 12-course omakase that anchors the dining experience.
About Jūni
The Japanese restaurant will offer a carefully curated 12-course omakase for $69, one of the most affordable in the city. The accessible dining experience will not skimp on quality, with seasonal ingredients and the best sourced seafood served on the table.
The concept comes from celebrated Boston chef, Chris Chung.
About Chef Chris Chung

Chung served as the sashimi program director at one of Boston’s top sushi spots, Uni, located inside The Eliot Hotel in Back Bay.
Chef Chris earned the prestigious StarChefs Rising Stars Award before opening the acclaimed Momi Nonmi in Cambridge. While Momi Nonmi presents a more traditional omakase experience, Jūni aims to deliver the same level of craftsmanship and artistry to a broader audience.
Jūni will open on August 6 in Quincy.
