Inner Excellence, a book by Jim Murphy, caught the internet’s attention when Brown was captured head-deep into the book claiming to help “train your mind for extraordinary performance and the best possible life.”
From Inner Excellence to Super Bowl Champion
While most players are caught stretching, hydrating, or watching their teammates on the sidelines, A.J. Brown was fully absorbed by the words on the page of Inner Excellence. An excerpt reads:
