The annual Hidden Gardens of Beacon Hill Tour returns for its 95th anniversary on Thursday, May 16. This self-guided tour provides access to the secret gardens of one of Boston’s most charming neighborhoods, famed for its picturesque streets and lavish gardens (many of which you don’t get to experience).
However, on May 16, you can enjoy them all as The Beacon Hill Garden Club collaborates with tenants to open up all the lush flowering spaces to anyone on the tour.
You’ll get access to 11 never-before-seen private gardens of Beacon Hill in addition to a few ribbon gardens. The tour is perfect for anyone with an interest in urban gardening.
Tickets are $60 per person and required for the tour. This also includes tea, coffee, and refreshments which will be available at the tour meeting point from 9 AM until 3:30 PM. Ticket proceeds are a charitable donation and go towards further elevation of local environmental, conservation and education programs.
Ticket sales conclude on April 25 (or until they’re sold out), so make sure to snag them beforehand!
